1964 - 1968 Studied photo journalism and advertising photography; assistant at Studios KORDA, Havana

1969 - 1976 Photo reporter for the magazine Cuba Internacional, Havana

1976 - 1985 Cameraman, film departement of the Cuban Ministry of Education

seit 1977 Member of the Cuban Artists Association (UNEAC)

1979 - 1981 Studies of journalism, University of Havana

1982 - 1983 War reporter in Angola

Numerous awards. Conferences, jury member in Quito, Havana, Los Angeles, among others.
